We recently had the chance to help a friend create a collection of custom signage for her wedding. The goal was to ensure the signage felt cohesive with the couple’s existing stationery while complementing the warm tones and styling of the day.
To achieve this, we referenced the fonts used in their wedding invitations and website, ensuring every element throughout the venue stayed consistent with their overall design.
A terracotta acrylic was chosen for the lettering and printed pieces to match the wedding colour palette, creating a warm and elegant finish that worked beautifully with the florals and styling.

For this wedding we created several custom pieces that helped guide guests while adding personalised details throughout the venue.
Guests were greeted by a wooden welcome sign at the ceremony entrance. The timber board was supplied by the couple, and we produced the custom acrylic lettering that was applied to the surface.
The sign featured the couple’s names and wedding date, styled using their invitation fonts to keep everything visually aligned with their stationery.
Inside the reception space, a large acrylic name sign featuring Sarah and David was created and suspended from a frame behind the bridal table.
The transparent acrylic allowed the backdrop draping and floral styling to remain visible, while the terracotta lettering created a bold focal point for the room.
The seating chart was designed to help guests easily find their table while maintaining the same visual style used across the rest of the signage.
The piece featured:
This allowed the seating chart to feel structured and organised while still fitting seamlessly into the wedding styling.
Matching table numbers were also created using the same terracotta colour and typography as the rest of the signage. By keeping these details consistent, each table felt connected to the overall wedding design.
One of the easiest ways to make wedding styling feel polished is by ensuring that all printed and physical elements follow the same design system.
By pulling typography and colours directly from the couple’s invitations and website, the signage became a natural extension of the stationery suite rather than feeling like a separate element.
Together, these pieces created a cohesive signage suite that carried the couple’s branding from the invitations through to the ceremony and reception spaces.
The terracotta tones paired beautifully with the neutral florals and styling, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere throughout the venue.
