When will my order be delivered?
We ship worldwide. Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want. Processing takes up to 10 days and depending on your country and type of postage, delivery can take from 3 days (domestic) to 15 days (international).
You will receive an e-mail after ordering with your tracking information.
What can I do if my item breaks and i want to get a refund?
Please take care: We’ve worked hard to ensure our products are as sturdy as possible, including redesigning them, upgrading to stronger rings, and taking customer feedback on board.
As these are handmade items, normal wear and tear can occur over time and acrylic is not indestructible. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if you notice any issues with your product.
After this period, damage or breakage is considered wear and tear and is not covered.
What kind of custom jobs can you do?
We can create a variety of custom laser jobs. From your personal keepsakes to large scale branded signage and pieces.
What acrylic colours do you keep in stock?
We keep our standard acrylic colours in stock, with a few specials. If your jobs requires a colour we haven't shown in our standard acrylic collection we may be able to order it in. Shoot us a message for more detail.
Do you design everything in-house
Yes we design everything in-house. We have over 20+ years of experience in the design industry. We love creating unique, fun and colourful keepsakes and love some brand consistency.
