House of Kylo specialises in personalised laser cut products. As many items are made to order using the information provided by the customer, it is important that all details are entered correctly at the time of purchase.

By placing an order for a personalised product, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details are correct at the time of ordering. This includes:

• Names
• Phone numbers
• Dates
• Spelling
• Capitalisation
• Any custom wording

House of Kylo will produce the item exactly as entered at checkout.

If incorrect information is provided, House of Kylo is not responsible for errors in the finished product.

Formatting and Layout

Certain design elements may be adjusted to ensure the product works correctly with the laser cutting process. This may include:

• Adjusting font size
• Adjusting layout or spacing
• Resizing text to fit the product
• Slight placement adjustments

These changes are made to maintain product quality and design integrity.

Because every order is personalised, slight variations in:

may occur depending on the information provided.

Material Variations

House of Kylo uses a range of acrylics and materials.

Due to the nature of these materials, there may be slight variations in:

These variations are considered normal and are not defects.

Changes After Ordering

Changes to personalisation details may only be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

After this period, production may have already begun and changes may not be possible.

Personalised Products and Refunds

Because personalised products are made specifically for each customer:

• Personalised items are not eligible for return or refund unless a production error has occurred.
