These Terms of Service govern the use of the House of Kylo website and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

House of Kylo designs and produces custom laser cut products including personalised keepsakes, accessories, and large format signage.
2. Products
House of Kylo specialises in custom and personalised laser cut products. These may include but are not limited to:
- Personalised keepsakes
- Pet tags and accessories
- Keyrings and badges
- Custom gifts
- Business signage
- Custom laser cut products
Due to the nature of laser cutting and materials used, slight variations in colour, grain, finish, or engraving may occur.
3. Order Processing
Our standard production time is 10 business days unless otherwise stated.
Processing time refers to the time required to manufacture your product before it is shipped.
Urgent orders may be available for custom projects and must be requested and approved prior to production.
Selecting express shipping does not reduce production time.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this period, production may have already commenced and cancellation may not be possible.
Personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
5. Personalised and Custom Products
Many House of Kylo products are custom made.
Because these products are created specifically for each customer:
- Personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that names, spelling, numbers, and details entered are correct at the time of purchase.
- House of Kylo is not responsible for errors supplied by the customer.
For custom design projects (not personalised items) a proof may be provided for approval prior to production.
Once a proof has been approved, the design is considered final.
6. Returns
Returns may be accepted for non-personalised items only.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in the same condition it was received
- The return must be requested within the applicable timeframe
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Evidence such as photographs may be required to assess the issue.
If approved, we may offer:
- A replacement item, or
- A refund
This policy does not apply to damage caused by:
- Misuse
- Accidental damage
- Improper handling or care after delivery

Shipping timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only.
House of Kylo is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal services
- Customs processing
- Weather or logistical disruptions
9. International Orders, Duties and Taxes
For international orders:

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Duties may be calculated and collected at checkout through our duty and tax service provider.
These charges are processed through Zonos and remitted to the appropriate authorities.
House of Kylo is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by destination countries.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the House of Kylo website is protected by intellectual property laws.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Product designs
- Product photographs
- Website content
- Graphics
- Branding
- Logos
No part of this website or its content may be reproduced, copied, modified, or distributed without written permission from House of Kylo.
11. Customer Submitted Content
By submitting photos, reviews, or other content through:
- Etsy
- Website reviews
- Customer uploads
- Social media interactions
You grant House of Kylo permission to use this content for:
- Product creation
- Marketing
- Website display
- Social media promotion
This includes the right to edit or reproduce the content for promotional purposes.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, House of Kylo shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Customs processing delays
- Loss or damage caused after delivery
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
