Our products are handmade and designed to be durable, but like all accessories they require care to ensure they last.
Acrylic Products
Acrylic is a strong and lightweight material commonly used in signage and accessories. However, it is not indestructible.
To keep your product in the best condition:
- Avoid dropping onto hard surfaces
- Avoid excessive bending or twisting
- Store in a safe place when not in use
Pet Tags
Our pet tags are designed for everyday use, but they are still accessories attached to active animals.
To help extend the life of your tag:
- Ensure the tag is securely attached to the collar
- Avoid attaching multiple heavy tags to the same ring
- Check rings regularly for wear
- Remove the tag during rough play or high-impact activity if possible
Dogs that frequently chew their tags may damage the acrylic over time.
Cleaning
To clean acrylic products:
- Wipe gently with a soft cloth
- Use mild soap and water if needed
- Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners
Wear and Tear
Normal wear and tear can occur over time, especially for products used daily such as pet tags.
Scratches, fading, or minor damage caused through regular use are considered normal wear and are not considered product faults.
Storage
Store products in a cool, dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat.
