Proof Approval Policy
House of Kylo

For certain custom orders, House of Kylo may provide a design proof before production begins.
A proof allows the customer to review the layout and design before the item is manufactured.
Purpose of a Proof
Proofs are provided to confirm:
- Design layout
- Placement of elements
- Spelling of names or wording
- Overall design concept
Customers should carefully review all details before approving the proof.
Approval Responsibility
Once a proof is approved by the customer, the design is considered final.
House of Kylo will produce the product exactly as approved.
After approval:
- Changes may not be possible
- Refunds or replacements will not be issued for errors that were present in the approved proof
Proof Review
Customers should carefully check:
- Spelling
- Names
- Phone numbers
- Dates
- Layout
Approval confirms that all details are correct.
Production Timing
Production will only begin after proof approval has been received.
Delays in approving proofs may extend the production timeframe.
Unapproved Proofs
If a proof is sent and no response is received within a reasonable timeframe, House of Kylo may:
- proceed with production using the last version sent, or
- place the order on hold until approval is received
Changes After Approval
Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, further design changes may not be possible.
Any redesign or remanufacturing may incur additional costs.
