Please take care: We’ve worked hard to ensure our products are as sturdy as possible, including redesigning them, upgrading to stronger rings, and taking customer feedback on board.
As these are handmade items, normal wear and tear can occur over time and acrylic is not indestructible. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if you notice any issues with your product or base. After this period, damage or breakage is considered wear and tear and is not covered.
